We take pride in producing quality dry-aged beef, heritage pork, and air-chilled poultry by having control of everything from feeding and genetics through processing and packaging at our own USDA processing facility. Slagel Family Farm is a 5th generation farm that raises feed, livestock and operates our own USDA facility. Our farm is made up of multiple farmsteads operated by different members of the Slagel family located in the neighborhood of Fairbury, Illinois, just a two hour drive from Chicago.

Big Fork Brands is a Chicago-based, family-owned company centered on innovation through flexitarian sausage, bacon sausage, craft pork jerky, pork snack sticks, and The Original Chicago Sauce line. We work with small family farmers in Iowa who raise heritage hogs outdoors without the use of antibiotics.

Culver is owned by a veterinarian who comes from generations of duck producers on the East Coast and is located in the Amish Country of Northern Indiana. Culver Duck produces and processes an all-natural, White Pekin Duck. Our ducks are raised on Amish family farms and housed in open barns with access to food and water 24/7 with plenty of room to roam and congregate with other ducks. The proprietary feed consists of the highest quality ingredients that are free of antibiotics.

After witnessing the struggles of those in developing countries during his time in the Marines, Bryan Ernst was struck by the inefficiencies surrounding food production and distribution. Feeling there must be a better way to grow food close to urban populations, he was inspired to take action. What began as a series of basement experiments while working for a Fortune 500 company, quickly turned into a rapidly growing business. Driven by the need for sustainable food solutions, in 2014 Bryan left the corporate world and founded Ernessi Farms, an indoor hydroponic farm in Ripon, WI that specializes in growing fresh herbs, mushrooms, and microgreens year-round.

Family owned Filbert's Old Time Root Beer has been producing Chicagoland's favorite beverages since 1926.Delivering bottles of milk to the locals via horse and carriage are George Filbert and young son Charlie. George was known to deliver ice, coal and even provide general moving and transportation services. During the height of Prohibition in 1926, the Filbert family business started brewing draught root beer. Filbert's remains regionally famous for its root beer and flavored pop today.

In 2014, J's BBQ was established in Ripon, Wisconsin. Susan, with her "Texas-Inspired" roots, and Jen with her "Wisconsin-Spirited" roots, quickly realized they shared so much more than hard work and positive ethics. The name, J's BBQ, was inspired by Susan's son, Jadon. In 2007, Jadon suffered a traumatic birth, resulting in his development of Cerebral Palsy and life-long Epilepsy. In August of 2022, J's BBQ transitioned our registered trademarked brand into the marketplace, and we are honored to share our beloved products across greater distances, and broader demographics!

Gourmet Mushrooms, packed under the Mycopia brand, was founded in 1977. We have two farm locations, one in Sebastopol, CA and one in Scottville, MI. We grow nine specialty, USDA Organic, Kosher, mushroom varieties. These are Alba Clamshell (white beech), Brown Clamshell (brown beech), Trumpet Royale (king oyster), Forest Nameko, Velvet Pioppini (black poplar), Nebrodini Bianco, Grey Oyster, Lions Mane and Maitake Frondosa (Hen of the Woods). Our mushrooms are availble in both food service and retail sizes year-round.

The result of Julian looking for a familiar flavor that reminded him of home turned into a business. He asked his abuela how to make tortillas and she taught him nixtamalization, which is an ancient technique 3500 years old. What started as something Julian began just for personal use, organically turned into a business. Over the course of years he traveled back to Mexico regularly to learn from the master tortillerios how to make the best 100% nixtamalized tortillas. He's implemented this knowledge in Lone Rock, Wisconsin.

After a long plane ride to Pakistan, our diabetic father started suffering from severe diabetic foot pain. Our aunt made a Turmeric paste and within an hour, his pain was gone. We began craftingdrinks in our kitchens with Turmeric. We tested the recipes on ourselves and noticed our everyday aches and pains went away which led to the creation of ZYN.
